Tiny house cozy to 7 km away from Brasilia airport. | House in Brasília

2 Bedroom House in Asa Sul, Brasília
The apartment was designed by architect to provide the well-being of living in a "tiny house" cozy, well ventilated and with garden door. This find is 7 km from the airport of Brasilia, near the supermarket BigBox 24 hours, 1 km from the ecological park of Asa Sul, for a super walk in contact with nature, 800 meters from the subway, and very close to the Syrian Lebanese Hospital, Home Hospital, Eye Hospital of Brasilia, all 24 hours, just cross the street. It is very close to the IESB University Center, for those who want to take courses and boost their professional skills. And as support for the daily life, it is located near the super diversified commercial blocks 413/414 and 213/214, with excellent coffee shops, bank ATMs, restaurants, pizzerias, snack bars, butcher shops, fruit and vegetable stores, beauty salons, etc, which can be visited on foot. And for those who enjoy cycling, the "tiny house" is surrounded by bike lanes and a 16 km stretch of asphalt for cycling on Sundays and holidays.
One of the things that impresses me about this "tiny house" is that it is super ventilated! From the central point of the house you can feel the wind coming from all the cardinal points. You will feel like you are in the middle of the compass rose.
You must know the history of the construction of Brasilia, right? If not, you will have the opportunity to stay in a little piece of this beautiful memory, for the "tiny house" is part of one of the construction projects of Niemayer's pupil, Nauru Esteves. As I love history, I leave a little bit of this past for you:
"many of the architects who came to Brasília at its birth helped the capital come into being by working alongside Niemeyer - recognized as great talents of Brazilian architecture, among them Lúcio Costa, who did the first urbanistic project, and Nauru Esteves, who was head of the Department of Architecture and Urbanism (DAU) of Novacap, and who was Oscar's immediate advisor. No other architect, after Niemeyer, did as many risks in the Brasilia quadrilateral as he did, among them are projects for buildings in the South Super Blocks: 403, 406, 407, 410, 411 and 413 South, in the latter one of the buildings was named after the President of the Republic at the time: Juscelino Kubitschek, also known as JK building. Nauro Esteves met Niemeyer in 1949 after enrolling in a design contest at the university, in which he won the prize, which was judged by Niemayer as a jury, because of this victory he was hired by him and became his pupil.
Nauru Esteves was part of the first caravan of architects and designers who came to the new capital, together with Bernardo Sayão, Niemeyer and Israel Pinheiro. (Extracted from article on the Internet from the Brasília agency, with adaptations)".
It is this event that makes my "tiny house" special: having stories to tell for being part of the dream that became reality, in this work of daring that is Brasilia.
Want to know more about the awakening of the Brazilian giant? Stay with me and walk through each super block, monuments and iconic buildings of this splendorous dawn: Brasilia the capital of hope, and let her, by herself, show you the designed, stamped and painted details of her history.
